COVID-19 Means Woodchip Exports To China Continue As Normal

Since the WHO called COVID-19 a global pandemic on March 11 2020, woodchip movements between China and Tasmania have continued. It appears the health of crew is being 'self declared' by the ship's captain and assed by the harbour pilots, although they have no medical training.
