Roads

Whilst this topic has been brought up many times, it may be time again to consider the impact on the roads that this pulp mill will have. An estimated truck delivery every 40 seconds for the pulp mill. Recent offers of delivery of logs from the West Coast to Scottsdale add more road usage. I have some questions:

1. Where is the 60 Million for the Eat Tamar upgrade that was supposed to begin in January.
2. Where is the 100 Million for the rail upgrades?

There are many truck movements on the roads at the moment, not just log trucks, but general cargo also. Of course trucks are an essential aspect of development (especially with little to no rail), but with the equivilant of 16,000 car movements to one truck movement as guaged for toll on the roads, how is this state proposing to maintain highways to maintain the safety levels required for all these truck movements.

Thank you
